The design and social entrepreneurship program in Rajasthan is a chance to transport yourself back to a bygone era, taking you through the lesser trodden parts of Shekhawati which are lined with havelis and fresco paintings. Understand how all this relates to the modern world of today. See how the communities in these regions come together, pooling their resources to do what they need to, perfectly exemplifying the term “social entrepreneurship”. Travel from the royal city of Jaipur to the beautiful Shekhawati regions absorbing the cultural and architectural heritage as you go. Visit some of the most interesting villages and be a part of the best Rajasthan has to offer.

Flights are not included in your trip. When booking flights, please keep in mind that you need to arrive in Jaipur before 11:30 on day one. Should the connectivity from your destination not allow this, please arrange to arrive the night before. We can help with the extra night accommodation (at a nominal cost). The Trip Leader from DoTheDifferent will be in Jaipur a day before the trip starts.
Make sure you book your flights after 5 PM only on Day 6.
We have different styles of accommodations at different places ranging from hotels to hostels and resort. The accommodations are standard and clean on sharing basis.
The program is around design and entrepreneurship and curated to deliver a wholesome experience. You get a chance to experiment with photography on this trip with our specialist.
It is desirable that participants carry their own DSLR cameras with manual settings for your learning. However, this is not compulsory. It is suggested that you do not invest in one at this stage.
